Every visit so far has been amazing. The reception staff are kind, courteous & helpful from the moment you call to book an appointment to the moment you arrive at the practice and have been especially helpful in navigating the space for my nervous girl.
John has been incredible with both my dogs, giving us time and showing compassion when discussing lengthy history and committing to help get to the bottom of some on-going medical issues.
The vet nurses are all wonderful, kind & patient and will go above & beyond to help ensure both you and your pets are at ease when there.

Took my kitten to be vaccinated and signed up to their monthly pay plan which includes vaccinations and flea and worming treatments. I didn’t have to wait, was seen on time. John is so lovely, kitten took to him straight away. He explained everything to me and booked us in for microchip and castration. So friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed and felt very well looked after. The receptionists were all so friendly and inviting and I felt like I was visiting friends. Even the kitten was fussed over, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

After 14yrs at a vets in town that has lost it. s Heart to the corporate world and money! I found Taylor.s, And I cannot thank them enough for the kindness shown to my elderly dog and myself. Staff are polite and welcoming and John was amazing with my dog. You truly care about what your doing and have the Heart we all need when our animals are poorly.. Thank you so much for caring and showing that it’s not all about the cash… 🙂

By far the best vet in the area or that I have ever been too! I have multiple dogs and johns care is second to none! Over the past 10 years of having dogs there is absolutely nobody else I would go to if John was available!

The best vet ever! Used to take our old rescue spaniel to John years ago who helped with hip dysplasia, cancer, incontinence, behavioural issues – you name it, she had it. But John treated her with such kindness and respect, and helped give her the best quality of life. Forever indebted to him for that. Highly recommended.

Taylor vets have been outstanding in handling all our pets over the years. We have two parrots & two dogs.
John has been thorough in his appointments & provides excellent service to a pet owner who asks so many questions, but also prefers the holistic approach first. It’s good to have a vet that understands & respects this.

Wonderful and caring service received this week for my two Labrador girls. One with an ear infection and one with about of colitis. John was really informative and gave helpful concise advice and the ladies on reception were lovely and made a fuss of us all.

Incredibly helpful and friendly Reception staff and Vet team! We used their monthly subscription plan for our puppy which covered so much stuff. Highly recommend.
