TAYLOR VETS

Taylor Vets Community

Working with our community

Taylor Vets is deeply committed to supporting the community it serves, building strong, lasting connections through active involvement and giving back.

Proudly employing local staff and working with local tradespeople, Taylor Vets is a true reflection of community spirit. The clinic itself was constructed by local professionals, creating a space that represents the heart of our community.

Beyond providing high-quality veterinary care, Taylor Vets reinvests a portion of its profits into local initiatives, sponsoring events, donating to community causes, and offering gifts that directly benefit our neighbours.

This commitment not only fosters goodwill but strengthens our community ties, allowing us to make a positive difference every day.

Sponsorships and Partnerships

Community Dog Walk

We hosted a community dog walk on the 27th October 2024 to celebrate one year being open, but also our wonderful community. It was a huge success and was attended by over 30 of our wonderful community members. The support from everyone involved completely blew us away, and we are so thankful for everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to take part. Local companies LCA Pet supplies, Paws and Claws pet shop Brackley and Inspiring Tails supported us through generous donations.

Little Fishes Pre-School

Donated to provide the children with new play equipment and John visited the pre school to tell the children all about being a vet. Little fishes are an outreach of the church so do not receive funding for equipment. They rely on donations to be able to improve the services for children.

Farthinghoe Primary School

Taylor vets kindly sponsored their christmas gifts for the children this year (2024) and John visited the school last Christmas (2023) as Father Christmas.

Greatworth dog show

Can’t thank John at Taylor vets enough for the Patients he has had with my bonnie who has cut her foot and become infected. He has talked me through the whole process and made a plan of action if the antibiotics doesn’t work. He even come in on his day off to double check my bonnies paw was healing as it should. Really nice bloke. Thanks for making me feel my dog is in safe hands.

This was Hettie's first visit to Taylor's. From my initial phone call to leaving the surgery it was so professional. The vet took time to make Hettie comfortable before diagnosing and treating her. She explained the medication very clearly, never rushing the treatment. I am very impressed with their excellent care for Hettie.

Can not fault the bespoke service my spaniel has received at Taylors vets, over the past couple of weeks. I had been very reserved with having my dog spayed. Following routine visits i could see how at ease my dog was feeling at each appointment. From the greeting of friendly reception staff, nurses and vets I felt confident that she would be left in good hands. My spaniel has healed very quickly from her surgery in under 10 days, with a neat tidy scar, and follow up appointments. I would personally recommend Taylors vets.
