We know emergencies can happen at any time, we operate our own out-of-hours service and we’re just a call away when your pet needs urgent attention.
If you have a veterinary emergency and the surgery is open, please call us to let us know what has happened and come to the surgery straight away. If the surgery is closed please call the normal surgery number to contact the vet on duty. When you call, be ready to provide essential information, such as your pet’s symptoms, any potential toxins they may have been exposed to, and their current condition.

At Taylor Vets, your pet’s well-being is our top priority, even outside regular hours. We want to ensure transparency and so it’s important to note that for out-of-hours emergencies, additional call-out fees will apply alongside our standard consultation and treatment charges.
