I am the lead vet at Towcester and one of its owners. Many of you will already know me, from my previous time at the practice.
I trained as a vet in Australia before returning to the UK to work in North Yorkshire at the original James Herriot practice, where veterinary care was built around time, trust and genuinely knowing both the animals and their owners.
I then completed a PhD in veterinary epidemiology, which included research in Bangkok focused on animal health and disease. More recently, I ran my own veterinary business within the greyhound community, working closely with owners and caring for the same dogs over time.
That continuity, knowing your pet, their history and what matters to you, is something I place real importance on.
