I have more than 20 years’ experience in customer service and management, including six years in the motor industry managing a customer service team. I’ve now joined Taylor Vets Towcester as Practice Manager, and I was particularly drawn to the opportunity to work within a smaller, independent business where I can really make a difference.

Outside work, I’m a mum to three teenagers and Barney, our chocolate Labrador. I love the theatre and try to see as many shows as I can, and travelling with my family is a real passion. Experiencing new places together is something I don’t think I’ll ever get bored of.

I’m really enjoying my new role and getting to know our clients, their pets and the wider Taylor Vets team.
