Internal Medicine
Our internal medicine service excels in diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions in pets, who often cannot communicate their symptoms. Our clinicians rely on a thorough patient history, physical examinations, and advanced diagnostic procedures to pinpoint the issue.
Surgery
John has particular interest and experience in orthopaedic surgery, and especially surgery of the knee. As well as the usual range of soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures we can also offer surgery to treat cranial cruciate ligament disease.

Absolutely wonderful. I rang Taylor vets last week for a second opinion on my beautiful boy, the lady on reception was wonderful listened to everything I had been through with him, she asked me to hold to see if a vet was available to speak to me, she then passed me over to David who listened to my concerns, he then saw us the same day a couple of hours later. We spent 45 minutes with David the vet. David was absolutely wonderful, we didn’t feel rushed, he listened to all of our concerns and made sure we understood absolutely everything before we left. Can’t thank John at Taylor vets enough for the Patients he has had with my bonnie who has cut her foot and become infected. He has talked me through the whole process and made a plan of action if the antibiotics doesn’t work. He even come in on his day off to double check my bonnies paw was healing as it should. Can not fault the bespoke service my spaniel has received at Taylors vets, over the past couple of weeks. I had been very reserved with having my dog spayed. Following routine visits i could see how at ease my dog was feeling at each appointment.
