Charlotte has been a receptionist for the majority of her working career. She began at the local hospital in the A & E Department, before working at the local primary school. For the last six years, Charlotte has worked within the veterinary industry. She enjoys meeting people and helping clients day to day.

During her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, granddaughter and walking her cocker spaniel Ralph.
