30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns period from the date you receive your order.

If you change your mind for any reason, simply return your item(s) in unused, original condition within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@taylor.vet with your order number to start the return.
2. We’ll provide return instructions and a returns reference.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund.

Klarna Customers

If you’ve used Klarna Pay Later or Pay in 3:

• Let Klarna know you’ve returned your item via the Klarna app or website.
• Klarna will pause your payment schedule while the return is processed.
• Refunds will be issued directly to Klarna, who will then update your account.

Please note:

• Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
• We cannot accept returns outside the 30-day window unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Refunds can take up to 5 working days after the item is received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
