Foundation Plan
Our classic membership includes all the essentials for preventive care:
- 15% off all in house services and procedures including consultations, operations and home visits.
- Routine booster and puppy/ kitten vaccinations (including microchip).
- Comprehensive parasite protection
- Check up every 6 months with a nurse to review preventative health issues.
- Annual blood and urine screen.
- Free prescription writing for use with online pharmacies.
- Free insurance claim processing and direct claims.
- Nurse claw clipping, anal gland emptying and tick removal.
Signature Plan
Signature includes everything in the Foundation Plan, with added reassurance and flexibility:
- Unlimited Vet & Nurse consultations during normal hours.
- Free phone advice whenever you need it.
Signature is ideal for pets that need regular support, or for owners who want extra confidence and ease of access to care.

Already on a Different Plan? No Problem!
Switching is seamless with us. You’ll only pay for what your pet genuinely needs, meaning no wasted treatments or unnecessary services. If you need to finish treatments under your current plan, you can transition to ours as soon as those are complete, avoiding any overlap.
How to transfer in three simple steps.
• Share your transfer details: tell us you're moving from another plan.
• Cancel your previous plan: inform your old practice and remember to cancel any direct debits with your bank.
• Confirm the cancellation: once everything’s wrapped up, let us know, and we’ll sign you up hassle-free.
